Sleep.Eat.Workout.Repeat (SEWR)

Our Dream

The ‘SEWR Calendar’ is designed to optimize your sleep by suggesting the more effective times to do sleep disturbing activities such as eating, working out, exposure to artificial light etc. Our solution would also consist of an integrated system in which all of someones LED using devices would change light configuration from blue light to a sleep inducing color. In addition to those we would implement an electronic window tint to reduce artificial light exposure during nighttime hours.
